As an author, my website is a platform to interact and share some of my inspirational writings with you-my awesome readers!
I feel that I have a lot to share through my experiences, joys, hurts, hurdles, triumphs, celebrations and victories. I have written using various genres-many of which are forthcoming. Stay tuned for exciting news in the near future!
Many of you have asked the question-"What inspired you and when did you decide to become a writer?"
Honestly, I can't tell you specifics because I have been doodling something on paper every since I can remember. I have tons and tons of "nuggets" as I call them that are just waiting to be published.
I am so very grateful for my mother (Mary Aaron) who instilled the love of reading (and writing) in me from a young child. I can still remember the various book clubs she enrolled me in and the excitement when they arrived in the mail. I think I somewhat mimicked what I saw her do. She usually had lots of paper, books, and writing tools around her.
Even now at seventy five years of age, she's still an avid reader today. Her book library and notebooks are too many to count!
While other children were outside playing, I was often reading and writing in my diaries, doodling on notepads, making entries in my journal, writing poetry and later in my journals. I had a dream of one day being a writer and publishing my own books.
That dream is now a reality as I have written my first memoir and nonfiction book from one of my journals -This Little Girl's Journey-My Lifelong Search for My Biological Father and Family.
It's a must-read for those who are searching for their history and heritage. I am so proud of this accomplishment!

" Makeovers with Leftovers: Learning to Live on What's Left of Life"
by Dr. Sheila Bailey
It's a phenomenal book that shares her personal testimony of the awesome power of God. It inspires others to experience the amazing things that can happen when you trust in his guidance amidst tragedy and loss.
"Dear Success Seeker"
by Michele R. Wright, PH. D
It's an awesome book that inspires readers to SOAR after hearing eighty five original letters written by some of the most remarkable and unique women of today. The Author herself is a miracle and walking testimony of how her perseverance and faith has impacted her destiny. She is one of the most successful (but very humble) women I know.
